Canal Custom Builders was founded by Chris Lewis with a simple goal: provide homeowners throughout Richmond and the surrounding communities with a remodeling experience built on trust, communication, and quality craftsmanship.
With more than 10 years of residential and commercial construction management experience, Chris has successfully managed projects ranging from kitchen and bathroom renovations to home additions, insurance restoration, and new home construction.
As a Class A Licensed Contractor, Chris combines hands-on construction knowledge with professional project management to guide homeowners through every phase of the remodeling process.
Outside of work, Chris is a devoted father and a man of faith. Those values influence how Canal Custom Builders operates every day, emphasizing honesty, integrity, accountability, and treating every client's home with the same care and respect he would expect for his own family.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his daughter, Atlee, golfing, following baseball, and building meaningful relationships throughout the community.
